Why Google Latitude Rocks

Google notoriously puts out some of the coolest and most useful internet applications. The key to their success? Innovation! We at Cenetric love us some Google. Our latest craze is Google Latitude. This very light mobile application is amazing and has many uses. Here's what we've found so far:
On a recent company-sponsored roadtrip to Orange County, California I came across the Google Latitude functionality built into the Google Maps application already installed on my phone. Easily enabled for first time use from my Palm Treo 800W, I quickly located all of the friends in my Google address book and sent invitations to them for access to my location. Being that the Treo is GPS-enabled, my location was immediately uploaded to Google. All of the friends I'd just sent invitations to could see exactly where Cenetric was at any given time. Our friends and family back home in Kansas were quickly able to see the progress we were making in our 30 hour drive, we could find friends of ours and compare that to where we were!
The real functionality comes when we wanted to surprise an out of town friend. Those of you that have met us know that we are famous for our "Cenetric Swarm". That is, we love to pop in and surprise people. Knowing exactly where our friend was, we were able to drop in on them at a coffee house and create the most impresive reunion (they didn't know we'd left Kansas... they should have checked up on Google Latitude :)). That was a moment we couldn't have had were it not for the fine folks at Google Labs.
Bottom line - we feel everyone should check out this awesome application -
